Since the have filed the summary judgment after receiving your responses to their interrogatories and request for production of documents, I suspect that you have admitted something in your responses or provided something in your documents that they are using as the proof that you owe the debt.

Interrogatories are VERY tricky to answer - and you have answered them under penalty of perjury. It won't matter what they can or cannot produce if you have inadervently admitted liability.
