W&A can't get you into court within 2 weeks and probably not even in 3 or 4 months. I would just wait this one out. I don't believe they will sue you, or they would have already done so. They have I'm sure checked all available assets in your name, and if there was anything to get, they would be on your tail end to get it. Just for fun, why don't you send them a validation, dispute, and C&D letter and see if they violate any of these. My guess is they will at some point and time and you may then have enough leverage to reduce your debt more, or zero it out completely. You will need Written violations from them for proof.
