If you wish to ask advice on several boards, as you have, and are refered to several legal information sites that give the SOL as 3 years,as has been done, and if I have taken the time to cite the legal reasons why everyone else believes there is a 3 year SOL in Wash. for CC debts, and you prefer to ignore all the data and advice freely given, then I hope you can find a lawyer who you can work with who will not overcharge you for your attitude.
