If that was true--then why do the Washington State District Courts allow the 24% interest as stipulated for in the "signed CHASE credit card applications"--when the "purchased accounts" by said CA requests it and Washington State is limited to 12% interest as a legal rate on a declining balance with a CA? Could it be because of a "written agreement"? Are you saying Washington State District Court judges are allowing "usury interest"?

Please show me "explicitly in RCW code" that signed agreement credit card applications are limited to SOL of 3 years?

Please humor me and compile all the various statutes (as you say) in Washington State and prove your claim.

All I know is this collection attorney has done this work for (20) years!!
