If a creditor wins a default judgment, AFTER the CA had levied their bank accounts and garnished their paycheck, can the creditor now sue the CA to get their money back? Will the table now be turned and the CA could come back and ask YOU to settle with them? Can the creditor refuse and file the lawsuit anyway and request more than what was taken from them?, such as violations.
