IS'T INCREDIBLE THAT A NUMERICAL SCORE CAN DETERMINE A PERSONS TRUE CREDITWORTHYNESS, BUT OBVIOUSLY THE MEGA BANKS DETERMINE ONE'S LOAN APPLICATIONS ON A SCORE NUMBER & A CRYPTIC REPORT FROM ONE OF THE MAJOR CREDIT REPORTING. AN OTHERWISE "GOOD" CREDIT RISK IS USUALLY TURNED DOWN BECAUSE OF A FEW SLOW PAYS, ERRORS NOT TAKEN OFF REPORT AS REQUESTED, WHETHER RENT OR OWN HOME. THERE WAS A TIME WHEN YOU COULD ESTABLISH A PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR LOCAL BANKER & HE/SHE COULD TRULY DETERMINE YOUR RISK BASED ON TRACK RECORDS & INTEGRITY/CHARACTER. BUT, BY DESIGN WELLS FARGO, BANK OF AMERICA, & OTHER MEGAS ROTATE LOAN OFFICERS BEFORE THEY CAN ESTABLISH A RAPPORT W/ BORROWERS. MAKES IT EASIER TO DECLINE LOANS OR ACCELERATE LOANS TO MATURITY, INSTEAD OF TRYING TO WORKOUT A REPMT PLAN. GLAD TO SEE A BANK ;IKE FT SILLS NATL BANK...IF ONLY MORE WOULD FOLLOW THEIR REASONABLE LENDING GUIDELINES.
