Business CCard - SOL in Ga.....Why Chat, anyone???

I'm in Georgia. The "open" SOL is 4 years. i had seen a post by WhyChat as business CC's SOL may be longer in some states. This account's CO was 4/1997 for $250 balance. This has dropped from all but one CR (TU) and listed with OC's tradeline. The CA (ASSetAccp) claims $370 now due. ASSet continues to make Hard INQ's on my CR but has not listed this with their tradeline. ASSet says "no stop hard INQ's unless $$$paid"
WHAT IS BusinessCC SOL in Georgia?
WHAT CAN I DO about these asses at ASSetAccptnce? Thanks for any advice...georgia mountain me.
