I wanted to accept your offer for the free validation pack but live 30+ miles from a fax machine and my computer apparently doesn't have fax software. plus got snowed in last week couldn't go anywhere. the letter is dated 11/21 so 30 days is approaching so I would like to take care of this. can we arrange some way of getting the letter--perhaps you could e-mail it to me? or I could e-mail the dunning letter to you, but I'm not very knowledgeable about e-mailing attachments.
the sample validation letters I found on the internet all stated being a 'victim of identity theft'--is this the best approach? Thank for your help
