Why Chat- you are saying this because of the fact the vehicle was repo'd in FL? (FL was my legal addy at time of repo) Even though the original sale/contract was consumated in GA? What about the fact that the addy on the original contract was in GA? I did not do a forwarding addy with the post office. So I have no idea if they sent mail to my addy in GA. However they DID actually repossess the vehicle in FL, so it seems to me that they had my addy here (proved by the collections letter) I most definately did NOT recieve any correspondence at my FL address.
