I have an active judgment in Washington State for $1500 against me. A CA is threatening to bring me into court for a Supplemental Hearing--(order of examination)--to make me testify (under penalty of perjury) as to what and where my assets are located. They are saying they can get a bench warrant for my arrest if I do not appear. Is this likely to be bluff or real? How do I avoid this action? Can I make the CA stop harassing me even though they have a judgment against me?
