What they are doing is legal and is just another tool to satisfy a Judgment. Is is real.

It is not likely that the Judge will issue a Bench Warrant for your arrest. But he could.

You don't avoid this action, you go on the day of the examination and answer their questions under oath. You could make arrangements to pay via a Written Agreement with the CA before they levy.

When the CA files the General Execution to levy your assets, interest and Sheriffs fees will also be added.

Leave your money and Jewelry at home, because if you were sitting across from me, I would ask the Judge for it.

Harrassement is never allowed, however, CA's love using the telephone to induce payment.

At this point and time you need to make a decision. You obviously owe the money, as a Judgment was entered against you. A Judgment is not like a standard collection. There are varioius ways to apply leverage to satisfy this Judgment. Be aware of your State's exemptions and be ready to claim them if your assets are levied.
