They are not supposed to list obsolete acccounts on the report anyways. This is way past the reporting statute of limitations anyways and for them to relist it is wrong.

Notify the OC in writing about the error and mention that it had been included in bankruptcy and reference the case number and filing date on it. Send them CRRR. Make copies of complaint and submit it to the credit bureaus explaining this was an old, obsolete account that had been included in bankruptcy and had been entered in by mistake.

It is not supposed to happen and it is illegal to reenter obsolete accounts However it did in your case.

If they don't remove it as promised you have grounds for a lawsuit for FCRA violations.
