My x is leaving me the house but we have a second ($37000) and a 3rd ($13000) morgage. With what I will be receiving in support it will not cover the bills. I also have a car loan and a Home depot card bill, x is taking his credit card. If I file bankrupcy will it affect his card and can I keep the house and the car with only putting the second, 3rd morgage and the home depot on the bankrupcy? Really don't want to use credit counceling because of all that I have heard about credit reports. I have a divorce lawyer and he suggests credit counceling. Please help
