Eufora prepaid cc-not living up to promise

about 7 months ago we applied for a eufora prepaid credit card with a credit building program. For a small fee every month,they are supposed to report to trans union on a good installment payment. I tried to get a mortgage,and found out that it has not shown up. I contacted the company,and they said they are having start up problems and that hopefully it would soon be resloved,but that I can have a refund of my start up fees and monthly fees,or wait and see what happens.We don't owe anyone a dime,but the accounts that are on my report won't be gone for a few years. But our credit apparently isn't good enough for anything but a secured credit card since we have never had a credit card.Has anyone had any dealings with Eufora,and why am I being punished gor past debts? The most recnet ones on there are over 2 years old,and paid off.
