Thanks to the people who responded to my other post. My MBNA/W&A already went to arbitration and they won’t settle for a reasonable amount. I received an arbitration claim form but nothing regarding a judgment. I assume that there was one. That was a few months ago, I’m not sure when since there is no date on the form. Should I still validate the account and what would that do for me?
