Another dirty trick they play is you go to pay them a partial payment, they take the bank info off the check you used to pay them and then do an electronic draft without your permission.

If you have paid them anything, I suggest that you stop paying, and close your checking account immediatly. Otherwise you might find some money missing one day along with a bunch of overdraft charges. And if you write checks regularly, the possibility exists that you could get thrown in jail for writing bad checks!

Remember... NEVER trust a CA, NEVER talk to them on the phone (unless you know what your doing), and NEVER give them your banking info. It will bite you in the arse.

I been around these boards for over a year now, I've seen too many ppl get screwed. Don't get added to the list.
