How to appeal judgment - Please reply fast

To day is my last day to appeal. I can't afford an attorny and have to be Propria Persona. If I was sued in circuit court. Is that the same court I would file a NOTICE OF APPEAL to? Or would I file the notice in the appeals court? Time's running out please reply quickly. Thanks in advance.
