I live in this apt, I have been here for about 1 year. I lived in this complex 10 years ago I had left and someone went in and tore up the place, It is ten yrears later and they landlords want me to give them a 1000 dallors they never filed anything and never turned it in to collections What to do what is the statute of limitations of housing debts and do I have to pay?
