I'm still trying to brainstorm and figure out the best thing to do before filing my answer. Since Citibank's attorney has filed a civil summons & complaint against me is it too late to try to settle without it actually going to court? I've read and read the posts and info on here as well as other sites and I don't want to "jump" into bankruptcy if there is any other feasible way to do this. My mind is spinning with all of this and I honestly don't know which would be the lesser of two evils. My new husband is not listed on my home here in NC.
