No problem. Is it the Original Creditor or the Collection Agency? I know there are some tricky things when dealing with the OC but LadynRed can help you there. But as far as I know all debt validation goes to the creditor (collection agency). By law they have to validate within 30 days. I've listed my email address above and if you send me your email I'll email you something that will give you all the info.
