You file an Objection to Motion for Summary. This is pre-emptive cheap shot move to circumvent trial and deny you your rights. Motion for Summary means 'no further triable issues of fact, case proven, judgement is due.' Bull.
They've not proven their case from the sound of it. Object on grounds of deficient evidence, let them scratch their fleas, hopefully this is SOL debt, otherwise, be careful. This is a favorite move of so many of these spores the ilk of legendary Palm Beach Barrister H.B. Shafritz, Esq. as well as AssXXXX Acceptic Crap-o-ration. As with all predatory mutants, they assign blame for their actions to you. They've no case so they file Motion for Summary implying you've no facts, in hope of deceiving, intimidating, coercing you in to surrender. Which you will not. Get them, incinerate their vile self-serving meaningless putrescent arguments via every legal resource your command, of which you have many.

Remember, you have the rights and protections, they have the burden of proof and as well the law charged against them. They hope you take no notice of this. And you've taken notice.

Vilely,

Keyser Soze
