I don't have much a sw trailer that is so old and a little piece of land that has my soon to be ex's name still on it. And his name is not on the card so I wonder if they can take it. And my car is not paid for. I don't have anything else. Sould I put the trailer and land in my son's name?
I was told that SC does not do garishments for debt collectors. Is that right?
