SOL question Whychat or anyone

I recently posted, I live in ohio and want to send a sol letter to RMA. On my credit report it shows co date as 08/00. how do I find the exact date to be sure I don't make any mistakes. I can't stand this RMA and I want to make sure I do it correct. I can't find any old bills I found a couple that show a month before the charge off date.I know it was before that. If I send them the sol. what date should I put down. Thank You Whychat and everyone
