What the heck are you doing giving out personal information here? This board is for people with credit problems and is not a board for the collection agencies. Even if they did come here it would be illegal for them to even discuss it over the forum. You need to send them a validation letter certified mail asking for proof of the bill. The guy lied when he said he could not provide it. The simple fact is they cannot do anything once you send that letter until they do provide proof of the bill.
