I got an iquiry from Creditors Interchange on my reports, a hard. I called them and asked them what was up..they said it was for locating purposes (yeah right, and pigs fly). Creditors Interchange never contacted me once, not by phone or by mail. Is this legal, can I sue? Now the debt isn't even with them it's with Allied Interstate. Who sent me a letter with no 30 option for me to dispute the validity. Any help?
