At times it seems like there is no end. You just have to keep doing what you are doing, keep disputing, and keep demanding validation. Credit repair takes time and Creditors and CA's don't always cooperate with the process. Sometime though, you may have to decide that your tired of writing all those stupid letters and take them to court. I always suggest that serving a summons to their Registered Agent, really gets their attention and shows them that you mean business. The reason I sent out the C&D, validation and dispute letter, is not because I wanted them to validate, dispute or C&D. I was sincerely hoping they would violate the C&D, not add Dispute to my Cr and would not Validate. I gave them 45 days max time, before I had their Registered Agent served. I won twice doing this, and settled with the rest for zero dollars, removal of their Trade Line and agreement not to transfer of sell off any remaning balance. I would suggest that there is too much talk about the circumstances surrounding the problem and a real need for all of the CA's to be STUMP BROKE! Then you can post your experiences here and tell everyone how you Pillaged and Raped the CA. Thats what I want to hear.
