Well, I don't have any non-exempt assets so I am judgment proof and I'm not trying to hide anything. I can't afford to make payments to the court on my disability check. I just thought that if they see me making credit card payments which is not essential to survival then they'd make me share some of that payment to the judgment. Sorry I'm so naive, I'm 47 and have never been sued before.
