Another poster on this board printed out his advice, sat silent throughout the pre-trial and forced the lawyer to bring it to trial. Every day for one week prior to trial this party received a phone call offering to settle for smaller and smaller amounts. got to trial- dismissed for lack of evidence. You can beat them. Just say nothing- admit nothing- if they don't have any proof, well, too bad.
