LAtely, since my brother in law has moved to a new state (not our state), we have been bombarded with his creditors. I know they have been contacting us more than once (I have written down their names) and are now asking us personal questions and for our work and cell phone numbers. They leave harsh messages to his brother in law and wife, when our answering maching clearly only states our names. They call before 8 am (which is illegal where I live) and are geting annoying! What can I do to get them off of us? Are we leagally obligating to say what state they live in? We don't even know their phone numbers or address (maybe they did that on purpose!)
Thank you for your response.
