Then you need to make an effort to remove the negative listing showing the defeciency balance. I guess you received all the notices you were supposed to get when they repoed your vehicle? If not send Why Chats repo letter on his site. Even if you received them 4 or 5 years ago. Request them again. Make them validate the debt.
