If a judgment was obtained against you and the lien was placed against the property prior to the recording of the quit claim deed,then it was done legally.

If not, then you can file a motion to have it vacated on several grounds, including fraud.

If the judgment was done legally and was satisfied(paid) then it should be marked as such at the Court. If you produce your receipts, providing they are from the same party that placed the judgment against you in the first place, you can probably file a motion to have the judgment show as paid on the records.
