Their HQ is in the states. They use the jamaica office to hide their cash because class action lawsuits are capped at 1% so they funnel it out of state. However, they still have to follow the fdcpa and are quite easy to get ahold of. Email me at picanteL4343@Hotmail.com with your state, type of debt, and age of debt and I will make them go bye bye.
