could not find on your website were you say "I have a complete description of how to fight the lawyer's claim that because you "signed" it makes it a legal "written" contract." Were on your site is this? Also from what I gather Florida is 4 years on open credit cards,but the key is to make sure to send SOL expiration letter before sued or it is a LONG UPHILL BATTLE TO PROVE 4 years in FLORIDA or any state for that matter in court.
