I have yet to see this account on any of my credit reports but so far I have only saw 2 of the 3.

I first made contact with BofA I informed them that I had an closed account with a negative balance that I would like to pay off. After conversation I was given the number to a CA. I called the CA to see what they had to say. The first agent was goofy and I asked to talk to her supervisor who was a idiot!

I think I threw her off as I lead off with the conversation, I told her that I want an uptodate bill sent to me. I then want in writing that once I pay this off I would like the entry that they said they put on my credit report removed. She said she could not do that due to recent laws, but she would send a letter to BofA and the CRA stating the debt is settled. She also said that I only had to the end of the month, so I should wire the money in today! :o)

Im very green to this credit repair thing, so can I really demand that they remove this from my CR? Is it the case that they can [remove entries]they just dont want to?

I am very eager to get this one settled as I do want to get back with BofA they are an awsome bank. So any help would be great! Im surprised the bank cant just take the money???

Thanks

UTMH
