I believe they are not collecting on the parking ticket. I am sure they are trying to collect on the NSF check. Their notice says $18.00 for the Principal Owed and a $20.00 Handling Fee, which is pretty common in Utah for returned check fees. So, if I request validation, and a copy of the returned check, maybe that will work. What do you think? It's not Ampco (OC) that is collecting. It's a CA (Associated Credit Service) in Spokane.
I'm just frustrated because I know for sure that I paid this. I'm going to call Ampco tomorrow. I paid it directly to them. They should have a record of it, I hope.
