Central Credit Services?

First of all thanks to everyone for all the help in past and Merry Christmas to you and your families. This is a cc account that has bee passed around for the past year. Everytime I ask for validation, it is sent to another collector. This time it is Central Credit Services, has anyone heard of them? I am planning to try to settle this cc debt in Jan. 04, but I am not going to make an offer to a slime bucket. So..what about Central collection services?
