I have disputed collection accounts with just simple letters.

I mean I don't understand why a person has to acknowlege the debt as theirs anyway. Simply say that after verifying this information from creditor supplied by your letter, this account is past the statute of limitations since the default date is XXXXX.

I mean I don't see why a SOL has to even mention that it is yours. Can someone explain to me why it does.

But if you want to be safe, wait. It is only another month and block their numbers. Do you have privacy manager system on your phone? You can just block all 800 numbers to your phone line.
