The number they are calling is my work number voice mail, they got from the OC. My v-mail says "hi this is xxxx, sorry I can't take your call, please leave a detail message after the tone, thanks."

The OC has contacted me on this number, didn't say much to them, other than don't call my work number, I can't take personal calls "click". Sometimes they would call right back and yell at me for hanging-up on them, for which they would get the same "click".

I have sent the CA a C&D noting the reference number; they left on the v-mail, so they know I have gotten their message. Can I count this as one more FDCPA violations?
