I just found your writings seemed very assertive and knowledgeable and wanted to know if you were an accredited attorney or just a well read consumer advocate.

I realize that free advice is worth exactly what you pay for it! I just wanted to feel more comfortable in reading your opinions since I am a layman and "not" in the collection or legal profession.
