So let me see the timelimit here: Last billing of, "Entire balance due now!" letter came in August of 1996 from Citi. Collection Activity came in October of 1996 from Capital, and charge off came in October of 1996 Citi. Which date do I use to determine the SOL?

And of course the reinsert/ reage that came from Capital December 2003.
