I had a charge off on 8/00 still trying to find when I was first late, Whychat said it is probaly somewhere around feb or march, The company calling me is RMA they haven't sent me any letters just phone calls for about 2 months, I have documentation they called my fathers cell phone over 30 times and called my parents house and left messages on their am, anyway this is a large balance, on experian it shows a charge off, tu a charge off, on equifax on remarks it says charge off account closed by credit grantor bad debt placed for collection and skip what does this mean? on the line it only goes back 2 years experian shows co all the way equifax shows okfor the past 2 years. I read this forum everyday and it has been said that RMA is tied in with them just want your opinion. Should I just wait untl SOL I live in ohio, and if they are going to sue will they send me something in the mail first. How should I handle this and if the oc charged it off due they stil own the debt or is it the ca. thank you everyone
