Until there is Case Law, there is no proof that a shorter SOL for CC debt exists. You need to start being honost with the people that trust what you say. As long as I'm posting, I'll make sure that this forum knows, that what you trying to brain wash everyone with, isn't the end of the story. You get more people in trouble (i.e., shorter SOL for CC Debt) with the stuff your preaching, than you could ever help. You forgot to tell the end of the story, about when the Plaintiff appealed and won in a higher court. Did you forget that part?
