what fairy tale is that CAK. Many people have used the TILA to prove that credit cards are open ended accounts. All you have to do is look at camco who has ceased suing on time barred debts because even they know they are open ended and they could and would be countersued for filing an illegal suit on a time barred debt. You go about insulting the people who have been helping here far longer than you have and try and act the hero. Whychat is like 70(pardon me if I am off) and a former consumer lawyer. He knows more than you in one pinky than you will ever get in a lifetime. It would not surprise me if you were setting people up for paid validation packs like computerguy. Go ahead and bash me all you want. I have answered thousands of emails this year and save consumers millions of dollars and not one single time has anyone come back to me and said my advice was bad.
