Hi Scott, Can you give me some advise to, I just recceived the denial letter from the Judge today, and I don't know how long I have to make this appeal. The judge had a discussing look on his face last month when I appear represening myself for my motion for reconsideration, which was granted. I did look for an atty and the 3 I seen said to come back when the motion to vacate the judgment is granted, So since it wasn't, and I DO believe this Judge didn't like the idea of me as ProSe, I want to make this appeal myself, then I will get an atty to follow through, that's unless you think I should get one now.
