There is no such thing as a LEGAL 'new credit file' - its a scam and its ILLEGAL. What they're pushing is called file segregation and it can get you put in jail - and that is definitely NOT with $33. Your credit can be repaired, but you have to work at it. I suggest you go to www.creditboards.com and start reading. If it sounds too good to be true then it usually IS !
