A real estate lawyer in Florida has an excellent niche defending people who were sued by their landlords...his expertise lies in identifying cases where the process was improper and then going to court.

He must take a court reporter, because his answers include about 20 pages of ruling by the lower court judges backing up his positions on things like three day notices.

If a lawyer had the time and inclination to do so, I am certain that the same could be accomplished in the legal arena for the four year Florida sol.

However, individuals have prevailed on the four year sol - there is no case law because it has not been appealed- if it were and the appellate courts upheld it, that would create precedents which would make it a lot easier to win in court.
