This could probably be debated in a law class- our first introduction was a law: No vehicles in the park." What is the legal definition of a vehicle? Baby carriage, bicycle, etc...You get the idea. So, my question is: many credit cards offer phone in applications. There is no written agreement or signature. So, is that a written contract ? If not, does it automatically default to open account? I know that when businesses sue other businesses for failing to pay bills, they file on open account as well as all the others.
