SOL-Open Accounts-CAK--Why Chat-Lady--All the websites

CAK: I looked for a few hours today on the web including collection website forums used by collectors and all sites list credit cards as open accounts and Florida is 4 years not 5. The key seems to be like Why Chat said try to stay out of court with his SOL letter and if sued then get a good consumer lawyer in ones state and if not use his defense for SOL. Cannot really ask for more than this. At least Why Chat gives us all a clear direction to defend against past SOL suits--The man is only human not GOD--Unfortunally, alot of states the statues are not 100% clear on this issue--BUT FEDERAL LAW IS AND that is what needs to be used....
The game of life is full of uncertainties--Nothing is 100% (some judges and juries for that matter see things in a different light--that is what appeals are for) and since the courts DO NOT SEEM TO LIKE PRO SE than it is well adviced like Why Chat said--- try to get a lawyer.Others suggest Countersue--Sue in Federal court also seems to be ways to make the other side WORK VERY VERY HARD to win.Yes, Case Precedent would be nice, but until there is one then we all have to use what is out there and the FEDERAL TILA is a powerfull defense.
