The CRA's actually have various vendors that retrieve information from court houses, for posting on consumer CR's. They pay these vendors quite well for the information.

If a request is made by a CRA to the court for verification of Judgment, they provide enough information to make sure the Judgment stays or they may not respond at all.

Don't give up just because you lost a round. Sucker punch em, or something.
