You can use some of the citations in this case regarding the definition of "open-end" accounts, but you really just need to follow the directions from my wbsite IF you can't find a lawyer.

The key is NOT how much "caselaw" you can cite,but presenting the existing State and Federal laws in the proper way, in a timely manner, so they are entered into the records.

Any Judge, in ANY Court, in ANY State will likely ignore or dismiss any defense that is not written and entered into the case file.

If you have your documentation entered, the Court will not be able to dismiss your arguments, as they KNOW you would be able to have the case reviewed by an Administrative Law Judge, where the basic questions of LAW would prevail.

This is why there is no "caselaw" documentation on the subject. Improperly pleaded, without entered documentation, it would not be heard for review.

Properly pleaded WITH documentation in the case file, a review (if the Judge rules against you) is not noted except in the docket because it is not an appeal.
